Meet Gucci!
Gucci, the trick-trained Border Collie, is an absolute gem to have as a companion. Unlike some Border Collies, she possesses a remarkable calmness and is not hyperactive. Gucci showcases exceptional manners, obedience, and a gentle nature, making her an absolute joy to be around. She eagerly accompanies her owner to various events, effortlessly adapting to new environments and situations.
When attending events and assisting her goddaughter in preparing horses for competition, Gucci remains composed and obedient, lying down and staying as directed. Her versatility extends to family holidays, where she eagerly joins in on the fun, particularly enjoying swimming adventures. Gucci’s impressive training includes participation in two Trick Training workshops with Richard Curtis, where she excelled in every task assigned.
Consistent training is a priority for Gucci and her owner. They engage in regular sessions with Mary Ray, a renowned trainer, as well as another obedience instructor. Additionally, Gucci maintains her fitness through hydrotherapy sessions and relishes long walks in the picturesque countryside.
Gucci’s adaptability shines through even during a recent town centre photoshoot, where she remained unfazed by the bustling surroundings. However, it is worth noting that Gucci has an aversion to cows, expressing a preference to steer clear of them during her adventures. Overall, Gucci’s exceptional temperament and extensive training make her a remarkable trick-trained Border Collie.
Gucci has recently appeared in a summer shoot for Aldi.
