Due to the dachshund’s long spine, his owner takes extra precautions to ensure Stanley’s safety. They minimize his use of stairs and opt to carry him in a bag, protecting his delicate back. During walks, Stanley is kept on a short lead, providing him with the necessary support and control.

Stanley has lots of energy and a very high prey and food drive. He loves attention from humans but also enjoys playing with other dogs, regardless of their size. He understands what it takes to be a good boy!

This loving pup has brought immense joy to his owner’s life. Stanley absolutely adores playing with his toys and cherishes the cosy moments on the sofa in the evenings. His intelligence shines through, as he easily learns new tricks, including his most recent one, “whisper.”
